PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The observatory which is built at an elevation of 2500 m in Erzurum has a great potential of astronomic research. The project includes design of telescope dome, buildings and infrastructure. For clear astronomic observations there should not be extra heat sources released by humans; in other words the atmospheric and environmental conditions should be quite appropriate. Therefore, to provide necessary comfort conditions of the personnel who is working and logging in this campus, heating design has been carried out by using the solar systems. In principle, the design rely upon compatibility to nature and energy efficiency.

Wargaming Building 2800m2 and Main Academic School 8600m2.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Industrial base of total 8.500 m2 area consists of Chemical Storage Shed 1 (Open), Combined Chemical & Instrumentation lab, Canteen Building, Warehouse Building, Combined First Aid & Gas Rescue Building, Fire Station Building, Admin Building, Guard House, Workshop Building, Vehicle Repair Shop, Chemical Storage Shed 2 (Closed), Main Entrance Gate (2 Nos), Open Paved Storage Area, Drill Area. Steel and concrete construction are used for buildings. As a design principle, Turkmenistan architectural culture is considered. The design is executed according to Russian specifications.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The investor is SILKWAY Airline which is an international cargo carrier. Its main concern is oil-&-gas equipment, construction material and heavy industrial equipment, automobiles, vehicles and spare parts, humanitarian cargo, live animals and perishables, foodstuff, stage and exhibition equipment, consumer goods consignments, hazardous goods handled in full compliance with ICAO standards. Today, they offer both scheduled and charter flights to over 50 destinations worldwide, including not common destinations as Afghanistan, Iraq and West Kazakhstan etc.
The client is MNG Holding which has expanded and diversified its activities across a broad spectrum that includes hotel investments and management, energy production and marketing, air transport in Turkey and abroad, domestic cargo transport, and aircraft maintenance and repair services, epc contacting as well as finance and the media.
The cargo terminal building has a hangar part with a 8.500 m2 total area and an office part with a 5.500 m2. The building is designed as steel structure.
